When our founder Charlotte met Delite Radio founder Tony Jay, it quickly became clear they had something in common. Although their journeys were different, the reason they started their organisations felt remarkably similar: they both wanted to create something that helps people.
After overcoming serious illness at a young age, Tony launched Delite Radio on 1 January 2017 with a simple vision. He wanted to build more than just a radio station. He wanted to create a platform that brings people together and makes a positive difference in people's lives. That purpose continues to shape everything Delite Radio does today.
When Charlotte heard Tony's story, it resonated immediately. It reflected the same passion and determination that inspired her to create PAUSE Live, a place where women feel supported and empowered through expert advice and genuine community.
That's why this partnership feels so natural.
