Melike is a Menopause Breathwork Expert, specialised in empowering her clients to master their menopause with the Powerful Art of Breathing. Melike brings her 16 years of training and expertise -in Breathwork, Mindfulness and her background in medicine and science as a Qualified Nurse- into her private client practice. She supports her clients, going through different stages of menopause like herself, who experience the effect of the symptoms in their home, social life and work, as well as in their self-esteem and confidence.


Through her unique Signature 1-2-1 the ‘Menopause Mastery Method’, Melike teaches her clients, step-by-step, how to take charge of menopause by learning to regulate the mind and nervous system that amplifies and even triggers the symptoms and emotional upheavals they experience. This Method is designed to empower her clients, with a vast science-backed practical toolkit built into daily habits through goal-setting, committed actions and accountability – helping them achieve long-term sustainable transformation and elevated quality and enjoyment of life. As a trusted expert in her field, Melike works as a Breathwork Expert and Consultant in Apps, services and industry-leading brands.


Like so many researchers, she believes that the ‘Art of Breathing’, which includes Learning to Breathe Well, as 9/10 of us Breathe in an incorrect pattern, is one of the 4 cornerstones of our Health and Wellbeing – in addition to Nutrition, Movement and Sleep. While being the easiest to learn and delivering the fastest results in real-time, of these 4 elements, the ‘Art of Breathing’ is often overlooked. Melike is on a mission to change that for Menopause. Melike is encouraging women (regardless of a HRT-led or natural menopause journeys) to embrace the evidence-based benefits of the Breath that she teaches in her Signature Method.
