Miss Kate Maclaran is a Consultant Gynaecologist and accredited subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery. She is the Clinical Lead for The Fertility Centre at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust. She has wide experience in all aspects of fertility and gynaecology, with a particular interest in assisted conception, low ovarian reserve, premature ovarian insufficiency, menopause and polycystic ovarian syndrome. She completed a MD Research degree at Imperial College London, investigating the safety of testosterone use in women after menopause and remains actively involved in research. She is passionate about patient support and raising awareness about Women’s Health issues. She is a Trustee and past Chair of the Daisy Network – a charity supporting women with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency.
